  • Rule 4 – If you cannot afford 10 minutes each day for meditation then take an hour.

Meditation reduces symptoms of anxiety disorders, such as phobias, social anxiety, paranoid thoughts, obsessive-compulsive behavior and panic attacks. The Corona Virus seeks to attack your body but do not let it steal your mind through anxiety. #MorningZenThought
