Choose one thought over another

#MindU~~ We find inner peace the moment we decide to choose not to allow any other person or event to dominate our thinking or control our emotions. Life is simply 10% what we directly experience and 90% how we react. We spend 90% of our life thinking about what has, could, should have happened and 10% living the experience. What we think, we are and what we think, we become. Think today I AM A GIANT. The best learning opportunities are in your past mistakes

#MindU~~ Do you think about the past with regret? Do you regret past decisions? Your past is supposed to guide you, not define you. Make the past a place of reference not residency. You do not live there anymore. Find motives that go beyond yourself. No matter how broke you may be or how broken you feel, you have something to offer others – even if it’s something as common as a smile or a listening ear. When you finally realize that the secret to living is giving, your life will improve dramatically and you will be able to see how to move on from the past. So... 1. The greatest weapon against our stress and our anxieties  is our ability to choose action over inaction.  Today is the time for actions not words. Actions express priorities. And NOW is the time for to take massive, determined actions. You must be willing to let go of the life you had planned, so you can have the life that is calling you. Therefore if you want to conquer the anxiety of life, you must live in the moment, live in the very breath you breathe, and step bravely and ferociously into the life you can have. You don’t have to struggle in silence
